Its Your Workout

Stretching is one of the most important but often overlooked aspects of fitness and health.

We are all encouraged to eat well and exercise, regulate body weight and lift weights to develop and train muscles. For some reason, many people do not generally think that stretching is a very positive physical form, although no other exercise can give your body significant results and what you feel immediately after stretching. Recently, however, much has changed, with the best athletes understanding the importance of stretching for the physical performance and longevity of the competition.

What is stretching?
Stretching is defined as a physical act of stretching, stretching and shaping space in an area by EXPANSION ... This is an important word to remember because stretching helps the body to open up and to extend by lengthening the muscles. help align your bone structure properly.

Stretching increases the freedom of movement in a joint and increases the flexibility of a muscle.

How does your body react during stretching?
If your muscles are not used for a long time, it will reduce your blood circulation. Inside, the oxygen level decreases and metabolic waste begins to accumulate. Once you have moved, however, the oxygen-rich blood will rush into the area expressing previously collected waste.

This explains why, after a stretch, people feel so good, sending them fresh, oxygen-rich blood and expelling waste from the stretched areas.

Benefits of stretching
Most of us combine stretching and flexibility. Still, many people still believe that flexibility is needed in stretching. As stupid as it may seem to some, I hear it often. The truth, however, is the opposite: you have to be more flexible to be more flexible.

Although flexibility is an advantage of stretching, it is certainly not the only benefit. The main conclusions include:

Relieves sitting / standing for a long time
Improves blood circulation
This helps to get rid of stress throughout the body.
Helps you relax and sleep better
Prevents injuries from heavy physical activity or physical injury
